Transcript/poor services

the art institute sucks.i tried to contact them for a transcript from one of the schools that shut down and no one's responding even when i paid for the transcripts and chose for them to be sent to my current school.art institute of pittsburgh is the worst college to go to.has anybody else had this problem?if they did ,have they found a way of contacting anybody that works at art institute.when they shutdown i was never notified but on my bank mobile account i was still listed as enrolled for a couple of months after they shut down

User's recommendation: going to art institute is a waste of time and they have very poor services.

This institute lost my transcripts and then charged me to receive a copy without providing them. They've closed and are now refusing to take responsibility.

User's recommendation: Do not enroll at the Art Institute.

Ordered and paid $15 for transcript on September 3rd to be sent directly to a college I am applying to. It has been more than 7 weeks and still not delivered. There is no way to contact them to resolve issue of delay.
